Lelaki Astatine by Anjell was a deeply touching and satisfying read for me. The story follows Eshal Elzahra, a cold and emotionally distant woman burdened by past trauma, and Ardean Tufail, a calm, patient man who enters her life with unwavering kindness and resilience. I truly appreciated how Anjell didn’t rush Eshal’s character development—instead, her emotional healing was portrayed gradually and realistically, making her transformation feel authentic. Ardean, with his warm and grounded nature, brought balance to Eshal’s inner chaos, and their chemistry was beautifully written—some scenes made me smile, while others genuinely moved me. This novel isn’t just a love story; it’s a journey of healing, acceptance, and learning to embrace happiness again.However, one thing I didn’t quite enjoy was the excessive use of scientific terminology throughout the narrative. At times, it felt overwhelming and disrupted the emotional flow of the story. Despite that, Lelaki Astatine remains one of Anjell’s most mature and emotionally resonant works I’ve read.
